Beyond his academic pursuits, Zhou has actively contributed to numerous research projects, such as Development of the ICT industry in the USSR and Russia, Euro-Asian digital transportation corridors, Digital economy cooperation in a multilateral System, etc.
Zhou’s achievements are complemented by an impressive array of awards, including the CSC Scholarship, Russian Government Scholarship.
As a research assistant at IDEAS, Zhou leverages his interdisciplinary expertise to advance research on digital economy cooperation among BRICS countries.
