Strategic Collaboration for a Sustainable Future: NeurOGlobal Synergy and IDEAS Sign MoU at COP29

Baku, November 2024 – In a significant step towards promoting sustainable development and global cooperation, NeurOGlobal Synergy and IDEAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during COP29 – the United Nations Climate Change Conference. This historic partnership marks a major milestone in advancing global sustainability and fostering effective collaborations.

NeurOGlobal Synergy is a decentralized platform introduced to the public during COP29. Its mission is to unite global businesses, innovators, and visionaries to promote sustainable development, diversification, and robust partnerships. The platform provides solutions in strategic consulting, international trade, OEM/ODM manufacturing, logistics, and environmental innovations.

IDEAS, an academic platform launched during the 12th BRICS Summit, specializes in digital economy and innovation. Based in the China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park in Xiamen, IDEAS focuses on policy coordination, project development, and talent cultivation, strengthening collaboration among BRICS+ countries.

This collaboration aims to address sustainable development challenges through innovative projects, foster knowledge exchange, and build extensive networks of partnerships. During COP29, the organizations demonstrated their vision and commitment to sustainability, drawing global attention to this critical agenda.

At the signing ceremony, ORKHAN GADJIALI, Founder and President of NeurOGlobal Synergy, emphasized: “This Memorandum of Understanding reflects our commitment to building a flourishing and harmonious future. In response to the call for papers for the theme collection of “Sovereign Artificial Intelligence and Digital Sovereignty” under the journal AI & Innovation (AI2), and with the aim of strengthening both the academic rigor and regional diversity of the forthcoming publication, the Institute for Digital Economy and Artificial Systems (IDEAS-BRICS) and the Global South Research Center of East China Normal University (China) have jointly decided to launch a four-month series of offline and online seminars as the primary academic platform supporting this theme collection.
