In today’s world, as economic volatility intensifies, the significance of regulating economic development has become increasingly imperative. Currently, the United Nations and all major international economic forums align the progressive advancement of humanity with the application of artificial intelligence (AI). The global community is confronted with the critical challenge of integrating AI into national and global economic governance—an endeavor vital to building a better future for humanity and, in turn, safeguarding global peace and security.

However, the practical application of AI has produced contradictory results. While using AI to change globalization has become much more expensive, this has also led to a worsening global economic crisis and rising costs for military AI development and use. Against this backdrop, the journal’s exploration of research dedicated to the development of AI grounded in scientific methodologies—with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of AI-driven management decisions—holds exceptional relevance.
